Rettie’s Estate Agents took over the marketing from McEwan Fraser in October, the property was added to Rightmove on 31st October with an open day on 20th November and we are delighted for the developer who received their first offer today which has been accepted.

The Developer had aimed to have the show home ready for Spring 2016 but the project has been met with some delays. We have continued to support the project and the Developer, and we have worked together to deal with problems as they arise. We were delighted to hear the Developer has secured their first sale today.
