Corryard Developments

This development project is situated in Crieff, Perthshire, around a 40 minute drive from Perth.

The Victorian property was originally built in 1879 and its most recent use was as a boarding house for a local prestigious school. The clients obtained planning permission for the conversion of the property into 9 luxury flats and sought funding from Development Finance Ltd for the conversion works. All of the properties apart from one have now been sold.
