The loan would be secured on the company’s property assets, for example factories, shops, offices, warehousing, land etc. Many companies have commercial or residential investment properties which could be used as security for the loan.

We require all directors of the company to provide personal guarantees and once the loan is repaid, the directors’ personal guarantee are released and the security over the company’s property is discharged.
