The client obtained funding from Development Finance Ltd in order to build a mixture of eight, 3 and 4 bedroom detached luxury villas and six executive apartments in Larbert.

Larbert is a small town situated in the Falkirk area of Scotland, and roughly 21 miles from Glasgow, and 33 miles from Edinburgh. The client is completing the development on a phase build basis, with phase 1 and 2, the build of the eight detached villas, being complete. The final phase of the six apartments, will be constructed in due course.
